For purposes of this Agreement, “Service”, “Site”, “App”, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Booee’s service (operated by Daniel Neumayer, Landsberger Allee 59A, 10249 Berlin, Germany) which can be accessed via our website at http://booee.co or through our mobile application in which users can add points of interest (“POIs”) with images, geo-locations, categories and information about time and weather conditions when these places are best to be visited. By submitting these POIs, they become visible to all the users signed up on Booee. The users can browse through the POIs around them, select other locations and filter by categories. An offline option allows for downloading selected POIs or locations to be used without internet connection.
